What you can do with what? Neither of these post in this thread gives any detail, nor steps to reproduce, this 'problem'. You need to give exact detail of which version you're running, what changes you've made to zimber (especially the anti-spam system) and some details (headers) from email that's causing you a problem.

As I also said earlier, you've provided no information about the problem - read my previous post on what information you should provide. Merely saying 'it doesn't work' doesn't give us much of an idea what might be causing the problem. If you want help then provide the information to help us diagnose the problem.

maschimidt,
That's not how the "SPAM" button works. If you are expecting the click on the spam button once and never receive any e-mails from that sender ever again, you are going about it the wrong way.

You would need to add that e-mail account to a global or personal blacklist (whichever is suitable for you). However, blacklisting e-mail addresses or filtering them will probably not get you very far against spam and just waste time. Spammers rarely spam from the same address (or they spoof)

Since (I assume) you have a new server, you will have to allow the server to learn what you and your users define as spam. I'm afraid this will take some time unless you find a way to feed it spam and ham. Once you "spam" a message, the contents get analyzed (not the sender) and future e-mails will be weighted on this information.

Moderators please correct me if I am wrong on any of this.

Thanks
