Default Can't View Attachments From Shared Inbox.

Employee A has shared their inbox with employee B. Employee B can view A's mail but attachments do not show. Any ideas?

What do you mean by "do not show..."? Viewing attachments (and downloading them) works fine for me. Single or multi-server? Has it always been like this or has it just happened? Is it only for this one user or all or multiple?

Zimbra 7.1.1. Single server. Just shared an inbox for the first time. Actually the attachment bar just showed up suddenly (where the links are to view and download). Perhaps there was some caching or preparation that took some time before they would show.
