My Zimbra is running well before, but recently, I create a new email account, it can send/receive internal email OK. send email to external is OK.
But can't received any external email.
I setup one MTA server and one store server. Check the mta log:

On store server log, I can't found any information about it.
It looks like when I create the new account, But it can't be copied to MTA. How I can handle it?
