I'm afraid your question doesn't make sense to me. I guess you mean LDAP? If you do, it is not visible in the Web UI and you do not make modification directly to LDAP. What is it you're trying to do? Do you have a problem with spam and if so, what exactly is the problem?

I still don't understand, Zimbra has an anti-spam system in it - what are you trying to change? You need to give a bit more of an explanation of what exactly you're trying to do before I can answer your question.

I have absolutely no idea what that is nor what it requires from Zimbra. You're going to have to give something of a better explanation than that. What's wrong with the current anti-spam system in Zimbra? Why is the product you're talking about any better (what exactly does it do)?

I think what he means is he wants to "integrate" zimbra user list into his anti-spam system(MailInBlack) and wants to read LDAP information (read-only) and not change any settings.

He needs a way to Query the LDAP information from his MailInBlack appliance
