Is Zimbra Free to use?

I have a small company with 250 employees. I want to run an open source mail server.Is Zimbra free to use? I can see that it has been acquired by VMWare.
Is it free still? I can see Open Source version of Zimbra? What part of it open source and paid services?
Please suggest.

1) Yes the open Source version is 100% free to use for commercial and non-commercial purposes with some limitations of Branding which is not allowed.
