Default Implementing Mandatory Signatures
I was wondering if anyone has step by step instructions on implementing mandatory signatures. Does this feature work better in ZCS 7?

you can setup a domain-wide signature/disclaimer, theres good instructions here

there is currently no way to enforce a user based signature
