Default Read-only "admin" account

Hi folks,

Is there a way to create a Zimbra account who's able to login into the Admin web interface but with read-only access?

We would like to offer our helpdesk the possibility to do basic troubleshooting but without being able to modify settings.

This is especially important for locked zimbra accounts (accounts are managed by scripts and there's also a auto lock active which locks the account after x faulty logins).

This applies both to the Open source edition and network edition of Zimbra 7.

Thanks in advance!

Tom

not with the open source edition, but with the network edition you could do this. See Implementing Delegated Administration
