MySQL Error - Upgrade 7.1.1 to 7.1.2

Hi All,
Anyone get this error while going from 7.1.1 to 7.1.2 ?
I got this error on FOSS Ubuntu 8 & 10 64 bit and 8 32bit
I went on and was successful. Anyone know of a fix.
