Can not connect administration console URL

I install zimbra 7.1.2 GA on Redhat EL 5

Affter install complete, on Server zimbra, I connect administration console URL
https://mail.test.com.vn:7071
Firefox waiting for a long time and don't show any thing (white page)
How do i can connect administration console URL

I can browse http://mail.test.com.vn:7780/aspell.php ok
But can not browse http://mail.test.com.vn:7071 for admin console URL
