Admin web console bug?

I don't know if this is working as intended, but I can't find anything about it. When editing a distribution list in the web admin console the remove all button only removes the addresses shown in the list. At least with ZCS 7.1.2 if you have a lot of addresses you have to click the next button and click the remove all button again. Rinse and repeat.. I could have sworn that it use to remove all email addresses in the list and not just the ones shown. Does anyone have earlier versions of ZCS that can confirm this?
