Unhappy Zimbra server error when attachment contains

I have big problem, my zimbra server is not receiving e-mail with an attachment, and it was working but stopped working. It worked for 8 months without problems, but then I stopped.

    Can anyone help me?

You need to provide a bit more information than 'it doesn't work', what errors do you see in the log files? Does this problem only happen with attachments? What type or size of attachments? Does it receive other mail correctly? Is this a single server or multi-server? What happened on your server when this stopped working, did you do any operating system upgrades? Are all the services running? What does the output of the following show:

    Code:
    zmcontrol status

    Phoenix,

    following responses:
What is the log file? It has many files.
Not only happens with attachments, also without attachments.
Other emails from other domains normally receives only does not send anyone.
    We have only one server.
Then there was a problem with the phone company, where the upload link was bad, the problems started, but it was neat.
The operating system is fully updated, as well as the ZCS.
    Use the e-mail service only.
    The command generates the following:

    zimbra@correio:~> zmcontrol status
    Host correio.crememel.com.br
    antispam Running
    antivirus Running
    imapproxy Running
    ldap Running
    logger Running
    mailbox Running
    memcached Running
    mta Running
    snmp Running
    spell Running
    stats Running

The first thing you need to do is remove the highlighted services from your server, they're not supposed to be installed on a single server and may cause problems. Search the forums for details on how to disable those services and reset the ports to their default.

After you've removed the services I mentioned above you need to see if you still have the problem. If you have the problem then you need to look in the log files and see if there's any errors.
