The first thing you need to do is remove the highlighted services from your server, they're not supposed to be installed on a single server and may cause problems. Search the forums for details on how to disable those services and reset the ports to their default.

After you've removed the services I mentioned above you need to see if you still have the problem. If you have the problem then you need to look in the log files and see if there's any errors.
