Default mysql.server cannot start/recover

After a power failure, our zimbra is messed up. (Irony is that it is in HA datacentre, powerbackup but technician pulled wrong MB from server)
Unfortunately, our backup is 3 days old which is to old and I have to recover current data.
At first LDAP wouldn't even start, so I copied /opt/zimbra/openldap/* and /opt/zimbra/data/ldap/* from backup.
Now all services 'seem' to start, but when zmcontrol status, I get :
mysql.server not running.

I tried to follow :
Mysql Crash Recovery - Zimbra :: Wiki
But when I run mysql.server start (even with innodb_force_recovery = 6)
it takes a looong time, then just replies 'failed'

So I cannot even start mysql to do a recovery.

Can someone please help me get this database restored a.s.a.p.

Greatfull for any help

Ekkas
