Is it possible to block outside e-mail addresses ( not in our domain and not zimbra ) from using
our zimbra distribution lists ?

You can block all email not coming from addresses in the list, through the admin interface ("Can receive mail" option). If you need other rules you need to modify postfix settings or install Mailman for an advanced mailing list functionalities
