Is there a way to check when an administrator logs on to your user account from administration panel (without password).

No. You, as a user, have no access to any of the information that would provide that. There would also be no necessity to give that sort of information to an end user.

I think I expressed badly. I am an administrator and I want to determine that users with administrative rights, read mail of other users (including me).
