Default Disable anti-spam/anti-virus services but they are still running !!!

We have Zimbra 7.0.1 running in a VM. We have no need for anti-spam/anti-virus services so we disable them via Administration Console GUI. (Configuration / Server settings / Services / toggle off Anti-Spam & Anti-Virus boxes).

I issue command line

su zimbra
zmcontrol status

to verify that antispam and antivirus are indeed not running. I even stop/start Zimbra with

su zimbra
zmcontrol stop
zmcontrol start

However, it seems that these services are still running. In the headers of email messages, we still see the following lines:

X-Virus-Scanned: amavisd-new at ********.com
X-Spam-Flag: NO
X-Spam-Score: -1.105
X-Spam-Level:
X-Spam-Status: No, score=-1.105 tagged_above=-10 required=6.6
tests=[BAYES_00=-1.9, HELO_NO_DOMAIN=0.001, HTML_MESSAGE=0.001,
RDNS_NONE=0.793] autolearn=no

I am quite puzzled as of what happened. Is there a sure way to disable anti-spam & anti-virus service.

Nathan
