Default Issue When Adding an external account

Dear All,

I have an issue when I try to add an external account, i have a return : " secure access to this account is disabled".
So, i have deactivated ssl on pop /global parameters and on server parameters.... port actually used for this external account is 110 ...
I have also changed in localconfig.xml (/opt/zimbra/conf/localconfig.xml) the ssl_allow_untrusted_cert to True, but this is not helping me

Do anyone have ever seen this issue???

Thx a lot for your help

Michel

Just in case,
solution found with the help of the French Forum, do
zmlocalconfig -e javamail_pop3_enable_starttls=false
