Can't receive emails from out side

Hi,

I am using ZCS 7.1.1_GA for ubuntu 64.
After install and configuration, I can send email to others correctly.
But can't get any reply.
I found all reply emails are waiting in queue, with a state delay.
refresh and and other buttons can not move emails from queue to user's mailbox.

All services are running. seems correctly.

Anyone can help me with this?

This question has been asked and answered many times, did you search the forums first? If you are behind a NAT router (or firewall) you will need to set-up a Split DNS, have you done that (you should)?

Thanks phoenix, the problem solved by creating a dns view for internal network.
And really sorry about the question I didn't search first.
