Post Will Account Migration tool delete my old server's accounts?

Hello,

I'm doing a ZCS 6 to ZCS 7 migration but in different servers, I have this question:

Will Zimbra Admin Extension "Account Migration" tool delete my old server's accounts and mailboxes?, I know this wizard is more like an imapsync front-end i think, but i'm afraid of delete my actual production server's accounts if I use this admin extension.

I just want to copy all accounts and mailboxes, not to move them... am I right?

I'm using ZCS 7.1.1...

Thanks.

Why would you even think that it would delete the accounts on your old server? That wouldn't be a very safe or sensible option, would it? In any case you could even do something drastic such as.... backup your old server. The answer to your question is no, it doesn't delete the accounts on your old server.

How about giving exact details (and steps to reproduce) of your problem and what errors you see?

As far as I know the "account migration tool" isn't ready for production enviroment or however it isn't designed to do a complete migration of a Zimbra system.
I suggest you to try ZeXtras Migration Tool, it's free.
