Default Can't send mail outside webclient

I have an external LDAP configured, and a few days ago i can't send mail with Outlook, Thunderbird, tablet, smarthphone, etc. But i can using webclient.

When i try to send an email ask me for authentication again and again, and the message stay in the outbox.

Sorry for my english, and thanks.

That would indicate (to me) an authentication problem. Is there any other error message shown? Have you checked that your external LDAP is 'visible' and you're actually using it for authentication? You should also look in the log file for any errors.

Are you using preauth? You could also take a look at some of these threads: site:zimbra.com "no valid authtoken present" - Yahoo! Search Results
