after entering those items (#7) into amavisd.conf, do I issue a reload of the zimbra services? also, the 'whitelist' file is in /etc/zimbra whereas zimbra lives in /opt/zimbra ... do I need to change the ownership of the 'whitelist' file to the zimbra user?
thanks again!
so, i tried this, and internal e-mail is still being marked as spam, so somehting doesn't seem to match-up in the wiki...
hi, sorry for ressurecting this post, but i have the same problme. A internal email is being marked as spam.
zagman76 did you resolve it? Can you post the solution.
At the time, we were forced to abandon Zimbra due to hardware limitations, and severe mail server attacking. We just recently came back to zimbra, so even if I did remember it might not work on your version since my issue was with the version that was out 3+ years ago.
