Default upgrade to 4.0.3 antispam does'nt work

I upgraded my mailserver from 3.1.4 to 4.0.3 version, but antispam service doesn't work! all mail spam go to inbox folder and not marked "spam".
In 3.1.4 version the antispam worked fine!

OSS or NE version of Zimbra? WHat's in the logs at startup about the service start? What does zmcontrol status return? Were there any errors in the upgrade logs?

You don't need to post two copies of the problem, someone will get back to you when they're able. Are there any errors in the logs?

What's your settings for tag & kill percent? Are you also marking these as junk when they hit the inbox?

Have you tried lowering the Kill & Tag to something like 66 % 25 respectively - that will catch more spam.
