I have many users using webmail, thunderbird and Outlook versions, I can sync counted, including book and calendar without any problems?
Or do I need to acquire licenses to use the zimbra outlook?

If you're talking about the Zimbra Connector for Outlook then yes, you need to purchase the Network Edition of Zimbra.
