Default ZCS Import Wizard - Failure

Hello, I was hoping someone could take a look at my ZCS Import Wizard log file. My PST file is approx 525MB and the import wizard dies after encountering about 6 errors. Is there a way to make it continue even with errors?

My guess is you don't have convertd running with the right compat libs. Are you on RedHat? Did you install the compat libs? Check the quick start guide if you don't understand.

Hi Kevin,
Running RHEL4. And I do believe I have the correct compat files.

[reza@mail var]$ rpm -qa|grep compat
compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-47.3

You should also have compat-libstdc++-296-2.96-132.7.2 installed.

I ended up submitting this to the Network Edition support channel as a possible bug and linked them to this thread. Could you forward them any information you were able to find via the XML log files?

Sean from the ZM Support Dept. suggested 'up2date compat-libstdc++-33 --arch=i386'. if you're running RHEL4 64bit. I believe this has helped the issue. It's going to take about 3 hours to upload all my email so we'll find out
