Disable entry in the Preference tab

In our company, for the COS User, the Preferences tab is disabled.
Today, I want give access only to the inputs "Sharing", "Import / Export" and "Shortcuts" to the users of this COS.

How ?

if I enable the preferences tab, how disable all entries of this menu, except : Sharing", "Import/Export" and "Shortcuts" ?
