Default ZCS 7.1.1 with https not working

I am a new bee to linux and zimbra. As we need one mail solution we opted for ubutu with zimbra. I have successfully installed both OS and zimbra. The server behind a router(i.e using NAT). I have used zmtlsctl command for using https. The https is working fine inside LAN, only giving a waring for the certificate. When i tried to acces the webclient through internet, IE is not connecting but firefox throws and error "SSL received a malformed Certificate handshake message." If i use http: there is no problem. I am using port forwarding in the router and any request on port 443 is routed to zimbra's IP. Do any one now how to solve this issue.

Have you tried using zmtlsctl both? I have installed Zimbra 7.1.1 and Ubuntu 8.04, and I can access it with IE, by entering https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (my published static IP address from my provider).

I had the same problem after upgrading from 6.x to 7.1.1 and had to run:

zmtlsctl both
zmmailboxdctl restart
