Server migration + 5.x to 7.x upgrade

Hi,

We would like to migrate our Zimbra 5.x to a different dedicated server (different IP, different hostname) while upgrading it to version 7.x. The data migration works well on the trial license. My question is:

How do we transfer our commercial license? Can we use it at both old and new instances of Zimbra at the same time during the migration? Are there any specific steps for moving license to another server?

I too am curious about this as I'm facing the same situation. Should I install an old OS and Zimbra version on the new server, migrate, and then upgrade OS and Zimbra? Or can I go straight from 5.x to a new server that has 7.x installed? Thanks.
