Default Search within briefcase documents

Hi,

I use Zimbra 7.1 at my work. We have a wiki style document briefcase. I have not been able to search within documents created in the briefcase using create document (they are .htm files). I can search within .txt files. Can anybody direct me to documentation or a solution for this issue. I have searched the forums for weeks and found nothing of use. I have re indexed the mailbox which supposedly re indexes the briefcase as well.

thanx,

Brian

also I receive this issue when searching shared briefcases, I don't think it is related though

A network service error has occurred.

update:

If I append ".html" to the end of the name of a briefcase document I can find the document by searching for text within the documents body using briefcase search. If I then remove ".html" from the end of the briefcase documents name I can still search for the document using text from within the documents body. If I then add text to the briefcase document I can not find the document based on the new text I added to the document. I can still find the document using a search query with text in the document when it was previously saved with ".html" append to the end of the name.

It looks like zimbra will only index files saved with ".html" or ".txt"

Are you saying zimbra was designed to work like this?

This does not work for me, no users are going to figure this out without me specifically training them. Some users may not be able to figure this out even if I explain it to them.
