Vista 64-bit & ZCO

We have a customer who's using 64-bit Vista and we can't get the 64-bit version of the connector to install. The other computers in the office are 64-bit Windows 7 and it installs fine.

Does anyone know if the connector is incompatible with 64-bit Vista?
