Auto-Reply Message

I am having issues with the auto-reply messages... Users will setup their auto-reply messages that will work for just a day and then it will revert back to its previous settings. I have tried to do it from the admin panel also, but it is the same thing.... It unchecks itself after saving... Please help...

I think your auto reply is working fine but you might not be aware of the Out of office cache lifetime setting.
In the admin console you can set this option in the member's Preferences tab.
The default is 7 days so there is only one out-of-office-message sent a week.
