Zimbra activation query

one of my client brought 1 year Subscription license before 3 month , but still he has not activated it.
he wants to know wether its Validity of 1 year starts from the date of purchase or date of activation?? Kindly help me...

You should ask your sales contact for that confirmation but I would guess it's from the date of purchase.
