Default Share direct to inbox.

Hi,

We have accounts sharing with access to an email share.

IE:

share@domain.com's inbox is shared with:
user1@domain.com, user2@domain.com etc

However, in this share, email goes direct to a sub-folder. How would I get the emails to go directly to the inbox instead so it's more transparent? Only 1 user has requested this (the boss), the rest can stay the same.
----
Migrated from Thunderbird were we could add multiple IMAP accounts and have it all go directly to the users inbox previously, so effectively would like to do the same via Zimbra.

I assume you want this becasue the email is not visible until the user goes to the sub-folder? If that's the case then go to the user preferences and set their Default Mail Search to "in:inbox or is:unread", they will then see the unread email when it arrives.

Well that worked and then stopped working for some reason.

When clicking inbox it will show "in:inbox" and you have to click 'Get mail' to run the default search with the right parameters but even then it won't view the unread email in the inbox.

Okay only works once a user logs in, the default search is loaded and _mail comes through_. Once I click any other folder, or click 'get mail' it will not display the unread messages in the sub folder'.

So it seems to be half working. Any other parameters I should include in the search? Remove junk mail from it etc?

It will always display the unread (wherever it's located) mail if that's your default search and it's set to run that when you click 'get mail'.

Default search is correct, but it doesn't seem to still do it correctly. After logging in and bringing the user to default mail; it will work and for all in coming mail. If I click default search again, all the unread emails disappear - it's strange. I will do some more testing.

Added the account to an iPhone 4 however it doesn't seem to show the shared emails correctly. Any tips on how to display the default search in this way? Or does it have to be done via Safari?
