Local Emails going to Spam

Hi,

My Local Emails are going to SPAM. Pls help to solve the same.

I had the same kind of problem. Basically what you have to do is:
1. deleted the bayes_seen and bayes_toks files
(from /opt/zimbra/data/amavisd/.spamassassin directory)
- This is quite safe as the next command will recteate them.
2. restarted amavis
(with: zmamavisdctl restart)
- ALSO LOOK FOR THE RELEARN COMMAND! A.S.A.P.!
3. added my domain into every user's Whitelist
(with: zmprov ma $ac amavisWhitelistSender @<domain>)
-where $ac is every account in my domain
- I did this to NEVER get my local user's listed as SPAMMERS....

It also shows the reason why they're going to the Spam folder. This question has also been answered many times in the forums, you should search before posting a question.

Yo can also reconfigure your amavisd for discard scanning mail from local domain or local relay server - see amavisd documentation (use google).
