Upgrade From 5.0.24 to 7.1.1 - DB Version Mismatch

Hi all!

The first, I update zcs-5.0.14_GA_2850 to zcs-5.0.26_GA_3365. Everything ok, I can send/receive email

But after I upgrade zcs-5.0.26_GA_3365 to zcs-7.1.1_GA_3196, Zimbra can't access from web

I searched many thread but I can't fix it

Certainly, I really change db version to 53 before run some scripts migrate! But don't solve the problem!

Try the answer in this thread. You should take a backup of your /opt/zimbra directory before you do the upgrade and, like the poster of that fix, you try that at your own risk.
