Default Location of Contacts and Documents

Where are the contacts and documents stored for each individual user? I assume it is in mySQL, but I am unable to determine which tables. I need to extract the address lists, distribution lists and Zimbra documents for each user. The existing server is non-operational so I will need to extract from the LDIF (LDAP) or mySQL tables directly.

I have a 6.0.x installation that went horribly wrong and the only way I was able to get people back up and running was to extract the messages directly from the store and import them to the individual mailboxes. This has been completed. I now need to extract the contact lists and documents per user and either put them in a text file or I will write a script to migrate them to a new 7.1.1 installation.

Thanks in advance.
