My searches on the forum for this have not been fruitful. I, too, would like users to be able to call up a particular conference room's calendar. I've seen vague references to using zmprov, sharing the calendar, but no specific instructions.Originally Posted by freshpotato

you should be able to set a password on the resource and login to it, and share the calendar with who ever you want. They can view it in their list of calendars.
You can also grant access via zmprov/zmailbox. Something like:
Typing "mfg" without any args will dump out usage.Code:zmprov prov> sm {resource-account} mbox {resouce-account}> mfg /Calendar public read mbox {resouce-account}> exit prov> exit
Very useful, just what I needed. (Note: it's mfg /Calendar public r -- not read).
Once we get resource delegation, things'll be chugging wonderfully. Thanks again.
It looks like Bug 7844 is currently related to this line of question/answer, please check there for more information/voting on improved resource scheduling.
