Cool Can not see the Recover Deleted Items option

I am working with zimbra 7 and I can not see the Recover Deleted Items option. According to the documentation must
"can right-click on the Trash folder and select Recover Deleted Items" I can not find that option in my dumpster folder. Already thank you very much for your help.

You should check that the Dumpster folder is enabled at the account. You can change settings at account. In COS can be Enabled, but you can change it directly to choosed account. So check if your account has really Dumpster folder enabled.

You haven't to ask if you should restart zimbra server. If you are know that you have done what you should, just do it and you will see
What you should do is logout and login by the webmail user.

It is working for me in 7.1.1. In 7.1.0 were some bugs with Dumpster. I think that dumpster working only in Mail in 7.1.0. In 7.1.1 with patches Dumpster working fine for me.

Enable the option in the default COS and the UI is still missing the option to right click on the trash, but will continue to test from and thank you very much for your responses. Disulpas for my ignorance and discomfort.

PS:Probe also enabled one to a specific account and I do not see the option.

I Fixed above problem not appears that default appeared ui standard. My question now is where you manage the time that these messages are stored and deleted. Because the only option in the Cos is on the shelf of messages in Trash. Already thank you very much.

You can find all COS configuration by
zmprov getCos default
zmprov getCos default | grep Dumpster

zimbraDumpsterEnabled: FALSE
zimbraMailDumpsterLifetime: 30d

You can change it by:
zmprov mc default zimbraMailDumpsterLifetime 14d
