Default How do I reset score of SPAM_KILL_LEVEL to 0 (ZERO)?

From my log:

[spam_kill_level] => true, "<user>@<domain>" matches, result="15", matching_key="(constant:15)"
and
(06862-09) SPAM, <<user1>@<domain>> -> <<user>@<domain>>, Yes, score=x tag=-10 tag2=6.6 kill=15 BLACKLISTED tests=[]

Hi Guys (I know Bill is going to answer )
How do I reset a user's SPAM SCORE back to ZERO? I have a couple of users who sends 'sh*te' to one-another triggering somme rules... (I still need to figure out why...)

Kind regard
Aubrey Kloppers
ps - to fix this I had to change:
(vi /opt/zimbra/conf/amavisd.conf.in)
$final_spam_destiny = D_DISCARD;
to
$final_spam_destiny = D_PASS;

Question

Hi Guys
after some reading I did the following:
1. deleted the bayes_seen and bayes_toks files
(from /opt/zimbra/data/amavisd/.spamassassin directory)
2. restarted amavis
(with: zmamavisdctl restart)
3. added my domain into every user's Whitelist
(with: zmprov ma $ac amavisWhitelistSender @<domain>)
-where $ac is every account in my domain

My question now is:
How do I re-add all the 'blocked senders' from Outlook back into the system?
I have started running:
zmprov rim <user>@<domain> start
on my user.

Hopefully this will add all the Blacklisted Senders back into the spamlist.

Any thoughts?
Kind regards
Aubrey Kloppers
