Default Random Jabber disconnects
My users are being disconnected from the Zimbra Jabber server a couple of times a day. Maybe two or three times. They are all disconnected at the same time no matter whether they use the Zimbra WebUI or iChat, and they can immediately reconnect.

Digging in the logs I found that the Session Cache removed stale sessions just before the disconnect (see below for log-snipet).


Can anybody confirm the Symptom?
Any ideas?

BTW: Running Zimbra 6.0.13 OSE on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS 64.

Any hint yould be appreciated.

My advice, FWIW, would be to seek another solution to using the IM server in Zimbra. It has always had beta status and the IM server is being removed from Zimbra in the next major version (search the forums for details) and I would guess that even if you have a bug it won't get fixed.
