I got some error like this in mailbox.log :

This problem caused Outlook error :

administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

How i can resolve this problem.

I also have this problem. I already increased the number of threads from 200 to 1200 but it still exceeds the 1200 after restarting the server. Our zimbra is ver 7.1.3_GA_3346. Can anyone help me on how to fix this issue?

i have this problem too recently. I noticed this problem occured when some of our client are using Blackberry Z10. Could it be roots of this problem?
