ZCS reinstall, only got old /opt/zimbra

Hi,
I was asked to help because of a ZCS installation corrupted.
Caught it at a very advanced state, with after several persons and tries from some people.
Could'nt find problem, so copied /opt/zimbra to backup, remove all and resinstalled.
No started any services until now, to see if is possible to recover directly from files copied. No backups of any kind to restore, only directory.
Reinstall on top didn't work, so started from scratch.
Anyone can help ? I'm not a genius of linux, but I can manage.
Any ideas to recover from files al email, users account, contacts, etc ?
