I attempted to perform two tasks when upgrading my production server from 6.0.11 to 6.0.13.
Task 1: Remove the Logger and Stats tasks due to CPU usage
Task 2: Upgrade to 6.0.13
Task 1 worked, but Task 2 appears to have made the entire system unusable. Attempted to restore from backup and I am still unable to get the system to restart. I was able to get my users back on-line by setting up a new 7.1.1 server and importing the user names. All I need to accomplish now is to recover the existing contacts, calendars and mail from the old server.
I am at a complete loss as to how to recover the data. Is there just a way to extract the data (mail/contacts/calendars) from the old server stores/dbs and install them on a new server with 6.0.13? I can then upgrade to 7.1.1 and migrate the information.
I have searched the Zimbra forums and just about everywhere else in an attempt to find a solution, but either the information does not work in 6.0x or was unable to solve the issue.
