 contact group not working after upgrade from 6.0.10 to 7.1.1
The contact group not working properly after upgraded to 7.1.1. version
2 kinds of situation:
#1. with the "Show email addresses in bubbles" enable (in preferences>general>other)
when adding receipient using the "To" or "CC" button and then select the email address contact group(which consists of multiple email addresses), although the contact group selected is insert into the "To" field, it only get the first email address in the contact group. Thus only that first email address is the only recipient.
additional to the above #1, if again the "To" or "CC" is click to add more recipients, the "select addresses" popup as usual but the selected window is empty, resulting all previous select is lost when "ok" is click.
#2. with the "Show email addresses in bubbles" disable (in preferences>general>other)
likewise adding recipient using the "To" or "CC" button and select the contact group, this time all email addresses in that contact group are inserted into "To" field, but the display name of first email address in using the contactgroup name(although the email address of that first email addressee is correct).
additional to #2, In another server install with 7.1.0 version
but with the "Show email addresses in bubbles" enable (in preferences>general>other)
I found in 7.1.0 version also have the same behavior that the "To" field is populated with the first bubble recipient display name is showing the group name instead of the recipient name, 2nd recipient onward is correctly display though.
It appears to be a bug?
any one encountered this?
how to resolve this issue?
