Were you able to recover something that was deleted from trash?

In our test environment I was indeed able to restore something deleted from the trash.

My problem is when I disable the dumpster feature it still shows up when you right click on the trash can icon. This I don't understand as that should be removed from the ZWC if it is deselected from the admin gui for that CoS. Yes, I did restart the zimbra services.
