Zimbra ZCS 5.0.11

Hello,

I have a general question how to restore one certain email account. I have a full filesystem backup including /opt/zimbra/*

What is the best way to restore one certain account from a full filesystem backup ?

(message store, data store, and index store needs probably to be restored manually for certain account ?)

Zimbra ver:
Release 5.0.11_GA_2695.DEBIAN4.0 DEBIAN4.0 FOSS edition
