mail not delivered notification

Dear all,

I am using Zimbra cs 7.1.1 Open Source Edition in Ubuntu 10.04 server. I have given 200 Mb quota for many users in the server. If the quota was full for any user he cannot receive the mail which was sent earlier even after deleting some mails to get space. So the mails sent at that time was not received by the user permanently. Also if the particular user's quota was full the sender for that user is not receiving the failure notice that the mail was not delivered.

Please guide me how to overcome this problem.
