    that tutorial didn't work for me??

    anyone has success to enable LDAPS on internal zimbra??

    Those instructions appear to change the default. I wanted just to add ldaps in addition to the default, Enable LDAP over TLS _and_ SSL. Seems to still work in 7.x, though the change will need to be re-applied on updates.
