Default Domain level blocking - zimbra 7

Hi all,

The following thing is not working on zimbra 7. What may be the reason?
Domain level blocking of users - Zimbra :: Wiki

I did use it on zimbra 6 and it was working fine. I could block a whole domain by putting only the domain name for the /opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/reject file

domain.name REJECT
user@domain.name REJECT

But domains not getting rejected on Zimbra 7 after completing above steps.

Even rejecting emails at smtp level also not working on zimbra 7
http://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Irfan-No..._at_SMTP_Level

Thanks

I'm in the same situation as you.
I want to block some domains and I can not even follow the footsteps of the WIKI.
Thanks,

Hi. I thought the same - I use zimbra primarily as a mail gateway to an exchange box. Emails from blocked domains were still hitting the exchange box and bouncing back to zimbra - the problem was the format of the sender_access list - it had been copied from an existing list used on the exchange box - it looked ok but where 2 domains were listed, there was @ before the domain and one had *@domain.com listed. Removing these and remaking sender_access.db fixed the problem and all mail was rejected correctly by Postfix rather than hitting the exchange box.

I'm using ZImbra 7.1.3 OSE on Ubuntu 10.04 - check your sender_access file.
