Default [SOLVED] Added external account. Now can't login using Advanced/Ajax

Hello,
I helped a user add an external IMAP account. The next day when he tried to log in, it just sits at the loading page until he clicks the link to use the HTML version.
Unfortunately, I can't see the external account configuration in the HTML version.
I'm running 7.1.1
Any advice?

Is there a way to use zmprov to list someone's external accounts and then remove one?
The following does not seem to show external accounts that have been added to a Zimbra account...
Code:
zmprov -l gaa -v

Is it possible that it has nothing to do with me adding the external account?
Have other people had the problem that the ajax interface just stops working?
FYI: I reboot of the server doesn't help.
Also, if I go into the admin interface and select the user account and click "view mail" it does the same thing (not load the ajax interface0.

I'm looking in:
/var/log/zimbra.log
/opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log
...but I don't see anything that tells me why the ajax interface isn't loading.
Is there a log file that you would recommend I look at?

I was able to remove the offending external account and it's now loading the ajax interface.
Ya!

FYI, this is the error I was seeing when using zmprov gds:
Code:
zimbraDataSourceLastError: system failure: Folder sync failed, system failure: Synchronization of folder '/residence email/INBOX' failed, system failure: UID FETCH failed: com.zimbra.cs.mailclient.CommandFailedException: UID FETCH failed: Error in response, UID FETCH failed: Error in response, Exception in response handler, system failure: Fetch failed for uid 25305, java.lang.NullPointerException
Any idea what would have caused that?

Thanks for the response.
Just a standard IMAP account that I setup all the time.
When I first set it up, it pulled down the mail just fine.
The next day when he went to login he could only use the HTML interface.

Checked on 7.1.1_GA_3196.RHEL4_20110527002117.

Configured Gmail,Yahoo!,GMX IMAP accounts in ZWC and on fresh login everything(mails in zwc, imap account sync) was working fine.
