Retrieve mails blocked by ClamAV

ZImbra ClamAV has blocked a mail tagging the attached zip file virus. The recipient who was to receive it claims that he was expecting mail from the sender and wants to have the mail along with attachment.

Could you please help how to retrieve the mail which are tagged by ClamAV?
