Default How hide or encrypt head of message?

Hello,

Sorry for my English.

I use Release 6.0.8_GA_2661.DEBIAN4.0 DEBIAN4.0 FOSS edition 32 Bits.

How i can hide or encrypt the head of message?

Because when send a messages from my server zimbra to account external (gmail - hotmail) Show head this messages:

Show ip address Lan of server mail zimbra, and more information private.

For security desire hiden o encrypt the information.

how?

authenticate smtp? sasl?

Why do you think it's a security risk? It's fairly trivial to determine the machines that are behind a router and you can also find the server by connecting via telnet to the server.
